Delivery Options and Fees
Your card can be delivered to multiple locations in Nigeria, depending on your preference.
- Standard Home Delivery: Choose “Deliver to an address” to have the card sent directly to your home, office, or hotel.
- Airport Pick-up: For travelers, pick up your card directly upon arrival at Lagos Airport (Murtala Muhammed International Airport) or Abuja Airport (Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport).
- Card Issuance Fee: There is a one-time issuance fee of ₦3,500 NGN.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery to airport locations is free, while home delivery fees may vary by location.
Multi-Currency Payment and Conversion
The Yousend Card is linked directly to your integrated multi-currency wallet, which supports currencies like USD, GBP, CAD, and NGN.
- Paying for the Card: You can pay the issuance fee using any of your wallet balances.
- Automatic Spending Conversion: When using the card in Nigeria, it automatically converts your foreign balances (GBP, USD, etc.) into Naira at competitive, transparent rates during each transaction.
Verification and Ordering Process
To order, simply open your Yousend app and navigate to the Cards section.
- Open the Yousend App and head to the ‘Cards’ section.
- Verify Your Identity: (If you haven’t yet, it takes 2 minutes with a valid ID).
- Tap “Get Yousend Card” and enter your delivery address.
- Pay the ₦3,500 Issuance Fee and confirm.
